  • Spring break is almost here.  Come to the library today and return or renew the  books you have.  If you don’t have a book to read during spring break the library is the place to get one or two.

     If you want to add books to your home library I have books that we are giving away to help you do that.   If you don’t know where your library book is and your not sure what you did with your textbooks find them next week.  See you in the library! 

     

  • Today is the boys volleyball game against Cesar Chavez at 3:00.  The gym will open at 2:45.  The cost is $1 for students and $2 for adults.  There will be a concession stand available for snacks and treats so bring money to buy some goodies.  Hope to see you there!  Go Sharks!!!

     

  • A watch was found by the blue tables yesterday during nutrition break.  Please come to the front office and describe your watch in order to claim it.

Today will be our 8th grades Renaissance Easter Egg hunt during lunch. You will received your passes and information during 4th period. 

Spring break is almost here.  Come to the library today and return or renew the  books you have.  If you don’t have a book to read during spring break the library is the place to get one or two.

  • Tomorrow will be our 8th grades Renaissance Easter Egg hunt during lunch. You will received your passes and information during 4th period on Wednesday

     

  • Attention all boys volleyball and track team, team pictures afterschool today starting with the boys volleyball team at 2:30 in the gym follow by the track team at 2:45 outside. 

     

  • There will be a Junior Leaders of Agriculture workday today after school from 2:30-3:30.

     

  • Bandtastic! is tonight at 6:30 at Central Valley High School. Come and support all of your friends in band!

     

  • Band students, make sure to meet Miss Briar in room 305 at 8:15 to get your instruments!

     

  •  Congratulations to Choir for their amazing performance last Friday at Johansen. They received a score of “Excellent”!

  • Today, is the 7th grade vs. the 8th grade boys volleyball game at 3:00.  This is the battle of the grade levels to see which team will have bragging rights.  The gym will open at 2:45.  The cost is $1 for students and $2 for adults.  There will be a concession stand available for snacks and treats so bring money to buy some goodies.  Hope to see you there!  Go Sharks!!!

  • Congratulations to our top CUSD Foundations raffle ticket salespersons. Natalie Barton sold a total of 35 tickets to earn the Blaker-Kinser top sales award of a $40.00 Wal-Mart gift card. Jazmine Lewis sold 32 tickets and will receive a $35.00 Wal-Mart gift card for her hard work. Marie Saaty will receive a $25.00 gift card for selling 30 tickets. Please come to the office window during nutrition to collect your prize.

  • So you think you can dance?? Auditions for next year’s Impact Dance Team are March 29th, 30th, and 31st!  Pick up an audition packet from Ms. Sevick.  All packets are due by March 24th! Good luck!
